Sometimes people are invited to the village and noone really knows who invited them, so noone knows when to take care of writ adding. (as an explanation to why you find yourself unable to eat at the sushi bar for example, it's not because we hate you)
Drop off a note here if you suspect that a villager hasn't been added to the writs.
